Make & Mix - Girls Night Out

Make and Mix at the Market

You deserve a chill, fun girls’ night for Women’s Month.

Our most requested girls’ night out is finally here.

Our most requested girls’ night out is finally here.

Make & Mix at the Market is an indulgent Friday night created to celebrate Women’s Month. It’s equal parts creative, social, and just a little bit luxurious.

We’re taking over Southern Market’s stunning Willow Room for an evening of music, cupcakes, crafts, cocktails, and a trinket trading table that adds a little nostalgia and surprise to the night.

This isn’t a structured networking event, and it’s not a sit-down workshop. It’s a thoughtfully designed space where your hands are busy, the pressure is off, and conversation happens naturally. Paint, sculpt, sip something good, wander for another bite, switch seats halfway through, or settle into one great conversation and stay there.

You’ll leave with a few small treasures, new connections, and the kind of Friday night that feels good the next morning.

Remember, our last event sold out a full week in advance, and capacity in the Willow Room is limited.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

A Full Arts & Craft Bar: Painting, mini canvases, ceramics, air-dry clay, and a few fun surprise options. Bring your own project if you’d like.

🧁 Dessert from Lancaster Cupcake Co

🎶 The Atmosphere: Great music, a cozy private space

💍 A Trinket Trading Table: Bring something small. Take something new home. Leftovers donated to charity.

🍷 Full access to Southern Market’s food + drink vendors.

💜 A safe, inclusive space — always LGBTQIA+ friendly.

WHERE AND WHEN:

📍 Southern Market | Willow Room
Friday, March 27th - 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM

$40 Early Bird (through March 16th) | $50 standard

Limited capacity. All ticket sales are final. Sales close March 23rd to allow adequate planning time.

March Scream Sesh

You need a scream sesh.

This transformative moment, screaming into the void and letting it all go with other women around you, is more powerful than can easily be put into words.

Tues 3.17.26 @ 7:00 PM - 1 HR

People and Things

Why scream into a pillow when you can scream with a sisterhood?

Join us March 17th, Tuesday at 7 PM for Women of Lancaster’s next Scream Club — a guided, grounding, and surprisingly joyful way to release stress and connect with other women in the community.

All women over age 21 welcome.

What to expect:

Bring your yoga mat and settle in as we start with a brief intention-setting moment, writing down what you’re ready to leave behind as we step into the new year.

From there, we’ll move into light stretching and breath work led by Akua, a certified yoga and pole instructor with hundreds of hours of experience. Akua’s approach is grounded in making everyone feel safe and supported.

Then comes the scream sesh as we all collectively let go. If you’ve never stood in a room of women and just screamed, you have to experience at least once.

Afterward, we’ll ease into relaxed social time, sharing what we’re looking forward to in the year ahead and getting to know one another in a low-pressure, no-small-talk-required way.

We’ll close on a note of positivity and reflection, grounding the experience in what matters most: women who release stress and build meaningful friendships tend to live longer, healthier lives and this is one small, powerful step in that direction. Come as you are. Leave lighter. Meet new friends.

What to Bring:

A yoga mat or sitting blanket and water.

Please Note:

All tickets are non-refundable. A minimum attendance of 10 must be reached, otherwise tickets will be refunded.

Accessibility is limited at this location as the venue is upstairs. If you’d still like to attend, please reach out to inquire about virtual attendance options. We are looking for a more accessible location for future events.

Centering Women: Peer Circle

Centering Women Peer Circle

It’s time that we get to be the main characters in our own lives.

Centering Women: Peer Circle
A Virtual Guided Discussion for Women’s Month

There’s a lot expected of women. This circle is about what you expect for yourself.

Join us for a guided virtual peer conversation designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with what centering yourself actually looks like in your real, everyday life.

What This Is

This is a facilitated, thoughtful discussion with other women who understand the weight and complexity of this moment.

We’ll begin with a short reflection prompt, then open the space for conversation. You can share openly, listen quietly, or participate through audio, video, or chat. However you show up is welcome.

There’s no pressure to perform. No expectation to have the “right” answer. Just honest conversation.

What We’ll Explore

• How we’ve been conditioned to put ourselves last
• What centering yourself looks like in practice, not theory
• Boundaries, ambition, rest, and self-trust
• How to build a life that doesn’t require self-abandonment

This isn’t just about venting. It’s about connecting, gaining perspective, and walking away clearer and more grounded.

There’s something powerful about commiserating and strategizing in the same breath. Being in conversation with other thoughtful women can shift how you see your own choices, energy, and priorities.

Why It Matters

Women live longer, healthier, and happier lives when we’re connected to a strong community. And yet we’re often too busy carrying everything to slow down and build it.

Take some time this women’s month to process and brainstorm.
