Centering Women Peer Circle
It’s time that we get to be the main characters in our own lives.
Centering Women: Peer Circle
A Virtual Guided Discussion for Women’s Month
There’s a lot expected of women. This circle is about what you expect for yourself.
Join us for a guided virtual peer conversation designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with what centering yourself actually looks like in your real, everyday life.
What This Is
This is a facilitated, thoughtful discussion with other women who understand the weight and complexity of this moment.
We’ll begin with a short reflection prompt, then open the space for conversation. You can share openly, listen quietly, or participate through audio, video, or chat. However you show up is welcome.
There’s no pressure to perform. No expectation to have the “right” answer. Just honest conversation.
What We’ll Explore
• How we’ve been conditioned to put ourselves last
• What centering yourself looks like in practice, not theory
• Boundaries, ambition, rest, and self-trust
• How to build a life that doesn’t require self-abandonment
This isn’t just about venting. It’s about connecting, gaining perspective, and walking away clearer and more grounded.
There’s something powerful about commiserating and strategizing in the same breath. Being in conversation with other thoughtful women can shift how you see your own choices, energy, and priorities.
Why It Matters
Women live longer, healthier, and happier lives when we’re connected to a strong community. And yet we’re often too busy carrying everything to slow down and build it.
Take some time this women’s month to process and brainstorm.
